Chicken Boneless 1kg Finely Chopped Mint leaves 1 bunch Yogurt 1 cup Oil 1 bowl Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4 Lemons 4 Mustard Oil ½ bowl Crushed White Cumin 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp Gram Flour 2 tbsp Crushed Ginger 2 tbsp Crushed Raw Papaya ½ tbsp Bihari Masala 2-3 tbsp Salt as required.
METHOD:
In 1 kg boneless chicken add 1 bunch finely chopped mint leaves, 1 bowl yogurt, 4 finely chopped green chilies, 4 lemons for lemon juice, 1 tsp crushed white cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies, gram flour in 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp crushed ginger, ½ tbsp crushed raw papaya, 2-3 tbsp bihari masala and salt to taste and keep in for 30 minutes. Now put the marinated chicken, 1 bowl oil and ½ bowl mustard oil and keep it to cook. When the water dries then put it on simmer. When oil comes up, delicious chicken is ready.
