Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kilo cod fillets
1 egg
2 potatoes ( peeled and halved)
2 tsps butter
5 tbsps oil
2 tsps chopped fresh parsley
2 tsps chopped onion
1 tsp black pepper
to taste salt
Recipe Method
In a pot boil potatoes until half done.
Now add fish to pot.
Cook until potatoes and fish are tender.Drain well.
Place cooked fish and potatoes in a large mixing bowl.Mix till combined.
Now add butter, grated onion, parsley, and egg.Mix well.
Make patties from the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry patties on each side until golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel.
Serve with any sauce
