Recipe Ingredients
300 grams Fish pieces
5 Whole Red Dry Chilies
1 Onion chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
pinch Mustard Seeds
4 Curry Leaves
pinch Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
to taste Salt
5 tbsps Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
Recipe Method
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, whole dry red chilies, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, mustard seeds.
Cook till onion and tomatoes become soft.
Add red chilies powder, garam masala powder, and turmeric powder, salt, fresh coriander leaves and cook for 5 mins.
Add fish pieces and cook nicely.
Then add coconut milk in it and cook till done.
Serve with white boiled rice
