Khara Masala Maash Keema Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken Mince ½ kg
Yellow lentil 250 gm
Garlic (chopped) 4-5 cloves
Onion (chopped) 2
Black peppercorn 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Big cardamom 3-4
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 4-5
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Green chilies 5-6
Green coriander ½ bunch
Ginger (sliced) 1 inch piece
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste

Recipe Method

Wash and soak yellow lentil for an hour. Take some oil in a pan and sauté 1 tsp black peppercorn, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 big cardamom, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 sticks of cinnamon and 2-3 bay leaves in it.
Now add in 2 chopped onions and 4-5 garlic cloves. Fry them till golden brown. Then add in ½ kg chicken mince and cook it. Add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 5-6 green chilies and yellow lentil in it.
Mix everything together. When the lentil is cooked add in ½ bunch chopped green coriander. Cook it on a low flame.
In the end garnish it with 1 inch piece of chicken ginger and green coriander. Serve it.
