Recipe Ingredients
Chicken breast 2
Onion 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Mint leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chili 3 (chopped)
Coriander 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cumin 1 tbsp (crushed)
Gram flour 125 gms
Baking soda ½ tsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
Carom seeds ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil 3 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Recipe Method
Cut chicken into thin julienne form.
Now cut onions and green chili.
Mix chicken, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chili in a bowl.
Then add crushed coriander, cumin, gram flour, soda and rice flour. Mix well.
Now add red chili powder, crushed red chili, carom seeds, all spice, salt and water. Knead well and finely add oil in it.
Preheat oil and add chicken mixture, deep fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle chaat masala and take it out when it completely fried.
Chicken onion fried is ready to serve.
