Recipe Ingredients
White chickpeas 2 cups
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh parsley ½ bunch
Oil for frying ½ liter
Soda ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Recipe Method
Soak white chickpeas overnight.
Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, cloves of garlic, soda, parsley, pepper and salt in a blender.
Blend all ingredients together and make small balls of chick peas.
In a wok, heat oil.
Add balls fry until golden brown.
Falafils are ready to serve with tahina sauce.
