Recipe Ingredients
Cauliflower1
Chicken Mince½ kg
Chopped green chilies8
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Turmeric1 tsp
Red chili powder1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil1 cup
Chopped onion 2
Chopped soya2 bunches
Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
Recipe Method
Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in chopped onion. fry it till golden brown. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili and cook it. Then add in 2 bunches of soya and cook it. Add in ½ kg chicken and cook it. Add in some salt and cook it. Add in in cauliflower, 8 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp chopped ginger. cook it for 5-10 minutes. Simmer it and serve it hot with parathas.
