Recipe Ingredients
1 tablespoon chicken soup
10 sprigs chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 piece ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1-2 sliced Thai chili pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Yellow Bean Sauce
1 clove garlic Optional
Recipe Method
Peel a piece of ginger, about 2 inches long. Ground the ginger in mortar or blender or julienne the ginger. Slice Thai chili pepper and cut the cilantro. Garlic is optional. Last time, I made this dish with my mother, she recommend adding chopped garlic. It tasted good. But I'll leave that up to you. Combine all ingredients.
