Recipe Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
White pepper1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 2
Green chilies3
Butter1 tbsp
Yogurt½ cup
Fresh cream½ packet
Oil1 cup
Recipe Method
Take a pan and add in 1 cup oil. Add in 2 chopped onion and fry it till it is golden brown. Add in ½ kg mutton , ½ cup yogurt and some salt. Cook till the meat tenders. Add in chopped ginger, 1 tsp white pepper and 3 chopped green chilies and cook it. Simmer it and add in fresh cream, add in butter. Peshawari namkeen handi is ready to serve.
