Recipe Ingredients
Cooking Chocolate 300 gm
Marshmallows 100 gm
Chocolate Cookies 100 gm
Sooper Biscuits 100 gm
Butter 125 gm
Icing Sugar 1 tsp
Light Corn Syrup 3 tbsp
Recipe Method
Heat butter and chocolate along with the corn syrup in a saucepan until smooth.
Remove from heat and take 1/2 cup of the chocolate mixture and keep aside.
Now crush the biscuits and cookies into bits and not crumbs.
Add to the chocolate mixture.
Cut marshmallow into 4 pieces if not using mini marshmallows and add them in.
Stir around and pour the mixture onto a slightly greased 9 inch pan and smooth the top with a wet spatula.
Now pour the preserved 1/2 cup chocolate on top and keep in the fridge for about 2 hrs or until set.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
