Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard powder½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Ingredients for batter
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt, white pepper and mustard ¼ tsp each
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp grated
Recipe Method
In a bowl make batter with Flour 4 tbsp, Egg 1, Baking powder ½ tsp, Salt, white pepper and mustard ¼ tsp each, Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp grated, marinates fish with salt, lemon, mustard, black pepper for 30 minutes, dip in prepared batter and deep fried, serve with French fries and Cole slaw salad.
