INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Potatoes 1kg
Cumin 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilies 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed All Spices 1 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Crushed Black Pepper 2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green Corinder, Green Chilies For garnishing
METHOD:
In 1kg chicken, add boiled potatoes and add 4 tbsp yogurt, 2 tsp crushed red chilies, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed all spices, 2 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp cumin and ½ cup water and cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes. Now dish it out.
Now heat ½ cup oil and then turn off the stove. Now add 4 tbsp sesame in the oil and add bhagar in the potatoes. Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
