Recipe Ingredients
Drumsticks 8 pieces
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chili garlic toping
Oil to fry
Refined flour for coating
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Recipe Method
Make cuts on the drumsticks so that to absorb flavors.
Add all the spices to the drumsticks and mix well.
Keep refrigerated and marinate for at least half an hour.
Cover the drumstick pan and put on low flame and cook them till steam appears and chicken is fully done.
When chicken is done and water is completely dried, takeout the drumsticks and coat in the flour.
You can directly fry the drumsticks too, instead of cooking, just after marinating, dust some flour on the drumsticks and then deep fry.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
