Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

200 gms Dark Chocolate
3/4 cup Cream (optional: Rich cream)
8 Oreo Cookies
1 1/2 tsp Melted Butter
3/4 tsp Gelatin
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Caramel Syrup
1 cup Whipped Cream

Preparation Method:

1. In a bowl put dark chocolate and cream and microwave it for 2 mins. Make sure it should not boil it should be just warm enough for choclate to melt.
2. Whisk the melted chocolate and cream and let it cool.
3. Grind the oreo cookies into a fine powder.
4. Add melted butter to oreo cookie powder and mix it well.
5. Make a thin layer in the base of each serving glass and refrigerate them for few mins.
6. Soak Gelatin in water for at least 5 mins and add it to the chocolate mixture
7. Add caramel Syrup and whisk it and refrigerate it for about 10 mins
8. Add whipped cream to the chocolate mix and mix it well with a spatula
9. Pour the chocolate mousse onto the oreo cookie base serving glass and again add layer of oreo and again add mousse to it make layers till completely filled.
10. Set for another 15 mins in freezer

[Garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate piece and oreo cookie on top and the dessert. Here i forgot to add whipped cream.]
