Recipe Ingredients
400ml cold milk
100g chocolate ice cream
2 teaspoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
50g crushed ice
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Recipe Method
Blend together all of the ingredients on high speed in a food processor or blender.
This is best served in a tall glass, topped with rich chocolate syrup.
Other ideas:
You can also put a scoop of ice cream on top (vanilla or chocolate) or whipped cream. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top or serve with a few wafers.
