Yam pla duk fu

Ingredients:

1 Red tilapia fish (steamed and minced) {can also use Catfish,Tuna 600gms}
1/2 cup carrot (sliced)
1/2 cup sour green mango (sliced) {can also use green apple}
6 shallots (sliced)
4 to 5 red chilli (chopped)
2 coriander (cut into 1 cm)
1 teaspoon coriander root (chopped)
1/4 cup peanuts (fried)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2-3 tablespoons lime juice {if too sour mango ,reduce lime juice a bit}
2 teaspoons garlic (chopped)
lettuce (as u like)
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar

Preparation Method:

1. steam fish for 10 min.
2. remove fish skin .
3. squeeze water out of fish ,let it dry.
4. leave in plate to dry 15 min.
5. add oil ,use medium heat ,fry fish in batches until crispy and golden.
6. u can make any shape of fried fish as u like ,circle ,triangle ,square.
7. to make the salad sauce ,in a mortar pound add the chilli ,garlic ,coriander root .
8. season with lime juice ,fish sauce and coconut sugar .
9. add sliced carrot ,mango ,shallot mix together.
10. pour on the top of crispy fish ,sprinkle peanut and chopped coriander at the end
it tastes first sour ,spicy ,salty and slight sweetness in the end
