INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
½ lemon
1 cup carrot juice
1 onion
2 tomatoes
½ cup barley soaked in water
6 - 7 sprig thymes
½ cup baked beans
Sea salt to taste
1 ½ tsp black pepper powder
4 - 5 sprig parsley
For Dressing
½ lemon
1 tsp vinegar
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
For Garnish
Avocado pulp
Celery
Lemon
Parsley
Chopped onion
Baked beans
Thyme
Black pepper powder
Sea salt
Barley soaked in water
PROCESS
Mix the avocado pulp and lemon juice in a bowl.
Now, mash carrot juice, finely chopped onion and chopped tomatoes in another bowl.
After this, add barley, finely chopped thyme, beans, sea salt, black pepper powder, parsley and avocado pulp in it to prepare salad.
Now, drain it in another bowl.
Next, mix drained carrot juice, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl to prepare a dressing.
Garnish the prepared salad with celery, lemon, parsley, sliced onion, beans, thyme, black pepper powder, sea salt and barley.
Also put the prepared dressing on it.
Your Barley, Bean and Avocado Salad is ready.
