BHEL POORI


INGREDIENTS:

Bhel Poori (small pieces) 1 dozen Boiled Potatoes (small cubes) 4 Channa Papri 1 packet Onions (chopped) 2 Salt as required Lemons 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes 4 Finely Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch FOR GREEN CHILI CHATNI: Green Chilies 8 Mint Leaves ½ bunch Green Coriander 1 bunch Garlic Cloves 6 White Cumin 1 tsp Salt as required.

METHOD:

First spread 1 dozen bhel poori in a deep pan. Then add 1 packet channa papri, 4 finely chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped onions, salt as required, 2 lemons for lemon juice and ½ bunch finely chopped mint leaves and mix it properly and then add 4 boiled potatoes in cubes. For green chili chatni, add 8 green chilies, ½ bunch mint leaves, 1 bunch green coriander, 6 garlic cloves and 1 tsp white cumin and blend it. Then add salt as required. For serving put bhel poori in a bowl. With that put tamarind date chatni in a bowl. Also put green chilies and bhel poori on the top. Put the remaining in other bowl.
