Ingredients
• Chicken mince ½ kg
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Spring onion 250 gm (chopped)
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Garlic 2 tsp (minced)
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Egg 1 (beaten)
• Oil for frying Cooking
Method
1. Mix mozzarella cheese in chicken mince along with ginger paste, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, parsley, spring onions, red chili powder, garlic mince and 4 tbsp oil.
2. Shape the mixture into medium sized balls and dip in a beaten egg.
3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry until golden brown.
