EASY MINI PIZZA


INGREDIENTS:

Flour ½ kg
Dry Milk ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Eggs 2
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Warm Milk to knead
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN:
Chicken(cut into cubes) ½ kg
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 packet
Oil 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 1
Onions 1
Finely Chopped Capsicums 1

METHOD:

In ½ kg flour, add 2 egg, ½ cup dry milk, ½ cup oil, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp yeast and knead it with warm milk. Now keep it to rise for 30 minutes. In ½ kg chicken add 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 2 tbsp soya sauce and mix it. Now put it in 1 tbsp oil and cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes. When chicken is done, then make rotis of kneaded dough and keep it for 10 minutes. Then in 1 cup tomato ketchup, add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp vinegar and mix. On the rotis, first put the ketchup mixture and then chicken mixture. Now take 1 finely chopped tomato, 1 onion and 1 finely chopped capsicum. In the end, put 1 packet cheddar cheese and bake it on 200C pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
