Fruit Pancake



INGREDIENTS
2 tsp butter
For Batter
½ cup refined flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 egg
Baking powder a pinch
Salt to taste
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp butter
1 ½ cup milk
For Yeast Mixture
1 tsp yeast
½ tsp sugar
For Fruit Mixture
1 apple
1 fig
1 chikoo
1 guava
1 ½ tbsp orange marmalade
For Garnish
Chocolate sauce as required
Strawberry syrup as required

PROCESS
To make batter in a bowl add refined flour, wheat flour, egg, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter and mix well.
In water add yeast and sugar. Add this mixture to the batter.
Add milk to the batter and rest it for 20 minutes.
On a pan heat butter and make pancakes of the prepared batter.
Chop apple and fig. Remove the peel of the chikoo and chop it. Chop guava too.
On a pan add orange marmalade. Add all the chopped fruits and add water.
Place one pancake on the plate and prepare a cone of the other pancake and place on it. Stuff in the prepared Apple.
Decorate the plate with chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce and place the remaining fruits on it. Fruit pancakes are ready.
