Home made Naan Recipe



Ingredients
3 cup flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup oil OR melted butter
3 tablespoon yogurt
Warm milk to knead
Sesame seeds

Direction
1.Mix all ingredient and make a dough. Put a dough in large bowl and cover it for 3 hours.
2.pre heat broiler on 500 and set your grill near to broiler. make a medium balls(payras) wait for 15 min again.
3.now take one and spread with finger tips like we do with pizza bread don’t use rolling pin, sprinkle sesame seed and press with fingers use some flour if u feel sticky.
4. Heat up fry pan (tawa) on stove half cook on it abt 1 min then shift in broiler and spray some butter. check your naan after every 40 second when u see light golden color take it out.
This the way u can make Keemay wale naans too.
