Kung Pao Tofu



INGREDIENTS
7-8 pieces Ginger
7-8 nos Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 no Red bell pepper
1no Yellow Bell pepper,
1 no Green bell pepper
1 cup Roasted Groundnuts
1-2 nos Diced onion
1block Bean Curd
To taste Salt
1-2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1-2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
1 cup Soy sauce
As required Water
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1tbsp Corn flour
To Garnish
Green bell pepper

PROCESS
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, red chili flakes, chopped red bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper, roasted groundnuts, onion, tofu, salt ,vinegar, brown sugar, tamarind paste, soy sauce, water and cornstarch and cook.
Now in a bowl marinate the tofu, tamarind paste, garlic, and sesame oil.
Then grill the tofu mixture on a grill pan and add soya sauce to it.
Garnish the ready Kung Pao Tofu with green bell pepper.
Your Kung Pao Tofu is ready
