Ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup butter 6 eggs 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup peach chunks Sliced tin or fresh peaches
Method
Preheat oven at 350F. Drift the flour , baking powder and a pinch of salt together and set aside .grease and flour 10" bundt baking pan and set the peach slices and set aside. In the mixing bowl add room temperature butter and sugar and beat with the electric beater till creamy than add one by one room temperature eggs and beat well. With the help of spatula clean the sides too. Now add slowly sifted flour and continuously beat this mixture now add vanilla essence and mix all thing together at the end add peaches chunks and mix well with the spatula . Now pour all the batter in the baking pan carefully that u already set with the peach slices. Pick and drop the baking pan twice to remove the access air bubbles. Now put the baking pan in the oven and bake the cake almost 45 mins check using a skewer or toothpick it should come out clean to indicate the cake is ready . Now cool the cake in the cooling rack. When it's cold set in your serving tray . Sprinkle with confection suger and decorate this cake with peach slices . Enjoy this cake
