INGREDIENTS
For Curd Mixture
Bread: 4 slices
Curd: ½ curd
Semolina: ¼ cup
Salt: to taste
Water: as required
For Topping
Chopped Shallots: 2 nos.
Chopped Red Bell Pepper: 1 no.
Coriander leaves: few
Oil: 1 tbsp.
PROCESS
Cut the bread slices with cookie cutter.
In a bowl, add curd, semolina, salt, water & whisk well.
Chop the shallots, red bell pepper, coriander leaves.
In a pan, add oil & dip the bread slices in a curd mixture & place it on pan.
Now top the bread slices with chopped shallots, red bell pepper & coriander leaves.
Cook the slices from both sides.
Serve the dish with coconut chutney & kokam sharbat.
