Valentine Chocolate Biscuits


Ingredients
Flour 125 gm
Caster sugar 75 gm
Egg 1
Butter 150 gm
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Coco powder 1 tbsp
For chocolate icing:
Icing sugar 50 gm
Coco powder 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp

Method:
Method for Icing: Cook icing sugar,coco powder and water together for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Icing is ready to use.
Method for Biscuits: Beat butter and sugar.
Then add egg , beat again.
Fold in sieved flour, coco powder and baking powder mixture, mix slightly to form into a soft dough.
Put mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe biscuits on a baking tray.
Press the center of biscuit and baked in a pre heated oven 180 degree C for 12 -15 minutes.
Remove, cool and top with icing.
