Recipe Ingredients
Milk – 1 glass
Whipped cream – 1 cup
Ice cubes – 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
Vanilla essence – ½ tspAlmond – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Caramel sauce – as required
Recipe Method
Cook 4 tbsp sugar in a pan till melts, then add 2 tbsp chopped almonds and mix well. Spread mixture in a greased tray and keep aside till firm. Crush the crunch well and keep aside.
In a blender, add milk, vanilla essence, ice and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Blend or beat well. Pour some caramel sauce in each glass then fill with a little whipped cream, now pour milk in it. Garnish top with whipped cream and crunch. Serve chilled
