INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
½ cup castor sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp refined flour
3 tbsp hung curd
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp lemon juice
Butter as required
Blueberry gaze as required
For Garnish
Orange slices cooked in orange juice as required
PROCESS
For the batter; in a bowl add eggs and butter and beat with a hand blender.
Then add castor sugar and beat again.
Add corn flour, refined flour, hung curd and cream cheese and beat.
Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix.
Grease the mould with butter and pour the batter into it.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool. Then remove it from the mould.
Spread the blueberry glaze on the cake.
Place the cake on a plate and garnish it with orange slices cooked in orange juice.
Blueberry Cheesecake is ready to eat.
