INGREDIENTS
Cake Rusk ½ kg
Eggs 4
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 cup
Orange Skin ½ cup
Orange Juice ½ cup
Currants 100g
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Gelatin Powder 1 tbsp
METHOD
Beat 1 cup cream properly. Beat 4 eggs separately in a bowl. Now take 1 cup sugar and 2 cup milk and cool it down. Then in a mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, ½ cup orange juice, 1 tbsp gelatin powder and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix it. Then putthe cake rusk in the tray and put cream on the top. Now put the mixed milk on it. Add 100g currants and ½ cup orange skin and bake it on 200C for 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven and then cool it in the fridge for an hour. Cake rusk pudding is ready.
