Cranberry Orange Cake



INGREDIENTS
For Dough
Refined Flour: 1 ½ cup
Sugar: 2 tsp
Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Salt: to taste
Butter: 2-3 tsp
Chopped Dried Cranberries: ½ cup
Chopped Walnuts: ¼ cup
Orange Juice: ½ cup
Orange Zest: 2 tbsp
For Glaze
Butter: 2tsp
Chopped Walnut: 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder: 2 tsp
Orange Zest: 2 tsp
Condensed Milk: 200 ml
For Garnish
Prepared Glaze
Orange Pieces
Walnut
Dry Cranberries
Cinnamon Powder
Icing Sugar

PROCESS
For dough add, refined flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, butter, chopped dry cranberries, walnuts, orange juice, orange zest & knead the dough.
Now cut the dough into two halves & make roundels
Place the roundels into the moulds, pour olive oil over it & cove it with the lid.
Now place the moulds in a pre heated oven at 160 – 170 degree & bake it for 25-27 minutes.
Remove the moulds & de-mould the cake.
For glaze, in a pan add butter, chopped walnut, cinnamon powder, orange zest, condensed milk, mix well & cook it.
Garnish the dish with prepared glaze, orange pieces, walnut, dry cranberries, cinnamon powder & icing sugar.
Your Cranberry Orange cake is ready.
