Ingredients:
Chicken breasts 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Milk 2 tbsp
Cornflakes crushed 1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Hotdog buns 4
Butter 2 tbsp
Lettuce leaves few
Tomato slices few
Oil to fry
Onion 1
HP sauce to drizzle
Ketchup to serve
Fries to serve
Method:
Cut the 2 chicken breasts lengthwise and marinate few minutes with salt, mustard, pepper and vinegar. Mix egg and milk and dip the chicken strips in it first and then in breadcrumbs, dip in egg and milk again and then cornflakes crushed and deep fry in hot oil. Split the hot dog buns and toast them and apply butter. Thickly slice the onion and fry in some oil till brown. Add the HP sauce and mix well till onion is coated with it. Put fried chicken strips, drizzle HP sauce, put lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, cover with bun, serve with fries and ketchup.
