Dhaka Fried Chicken



Ingredients
Chicken 1
Eggs 2
Flour 1 cup
White Sesame Seeds 1 cup
Corn Flour ½ cup
Mustard Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chicken Cube Flour 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Method
Wash Chicken And drain all the excess water.
In a bowl, add in 1 cup flour, 1 cup corn flour, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, eggs, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce and 1 mustard Powder and mix it. Make a thick paste.
Add chicken in some water, add in white vinegar and cook it. Cool it for 5- 10 minutes.
Take some oil in the pan, and fry chicken pieces one by one.
Toss them in sesame seeds and fry on a low flame.
