INGREDIENTS
8 - 10 tbsp Oil
2 nos. Bay Leaf
2 nos. Cinnamon
3 nos. Cardamom
4 - 5 nos. Black Peppercorns
2 - 3 nos. Cloves
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Mutton
2 - 3 tsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
2 tsp Red Chilli Paste
3 tsp Roasted Onion Paste
1 cup Finely Chopped Tomato
3 tsp Tomato Puree
To taste Salt
1 tsp All Ground Spice
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
As required Water
For GARNISH
Mint Leaves
PROCESS
Heat oil in a cooker add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom ,black peppercorns, cloves, chopped onions, mutton, ginger - garlic paste, red chilli paste, roasted onion paste, finely chopped tomato, tomato puree, salt, all ground spice , red chilli powder, turmeric powder,corainder powder and water . Mix it well
Close the lid of the cooker and cook it up to 5 - 6 whistles
Garnish the prepared dish with mint leaves
