Jujeh Kebabs



INGREDIENTS
250 grams Chicken pieces
1 Grated Onion
As required Olive oil
1 tsp Grounded black pepper
1 tsp Saffron soaked in warm water
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
3 tbsp Yogurt
1 Lemon juice
For The Salad
Roughly Chopped Parsley
Roughly Chopped Mint Leaves
Roughly Chopped Coriander Leaves
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Finely Chopped onion
1tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1tsp Lemon Juice
For Garnish
Lemon
Mint leaves
Paprika powder
Olive Oil

PROCESS
In a bowl add onion , olive oil, black pepper powder, saffron ,salt , red chili powder, yoghurt , lime juice and marinate chicken pieces.
Now heat olive oil in a pan
Place the marinated chicken on skewers and fry it in oil for 1½ minutes
Garnish the prepared kebabs with salad, black pepper powder and olive oil
Your Jujeh kebabs is ready
