Ingredients:
Boiles Wheat 250 gms
Yogurt 250 gms
Onion 1
Oil 1 cup
Chicken Karahi Piece ½ kg
Green Chillies Powder 50 gms
Red Chillies Paste 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Boiled Spinach 4 tbsp
FOR KABAB:
Beef Mince 200 gms
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chillies Powder ½ tsp
Chaat Masala as required
Method
• In a pan heat ½ cup of oil fry onion until golden brown.
• Now add ½ kg chicken, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 250 g yogurt, 4 tbsp boiled spinach, 50 gms green chili paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Cook covered on a low flame.
• When the chicken is tender add 250 g boiled wheat.
• For making kabab, to 200 g beef mince add ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp garlic paste. Mix everthing well and shape into kababs 1 inch thin.
• Then heat oil and fry the kababs, immediately adding them to the hareesa.
• To serve, garnish with chaat masala.
