Chicken Fingers by Zarnak Sidhwa


Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs as required

For Batter:
Flour 1-1/4 cups
Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Water as required
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Method:
Marinate chicken breasts cut into fingers with salt, black pepper and mustard powder, dip in prepared batter, coat well in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.

To prepare batter, in a bowl mix together flour, eggs, corn flour, baking powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper with water.
