INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 sweet potato wedges
1 tbsp oil
1 tomato
To marinate
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp cornstarch powder
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cajun spice
For Oil And Garlic Mixture
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
To Garnish
Chopped coriander
PROCESS
To marinate add garlic powder, onion powder, corn starch, black pepper powder, salt, Cajun spice and mix.
Add boiled sweet potato wedges and coat them in the marinate mixture and keep them on the baking tray.
Cut wedges of the tomato and put them in the baking tray
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes
Add chopped garlic in oil and put it on the baking tray
Spread the garlic and oil mixture on the mixture in the baking tray.
Put the rest of the garlic and oil mixture in the baking tray and bake.
Garnish it with chopped coriander.
