INGREDIENTS
1 cup Boiled & Grated Beetroot
3-4 tbsp Icing Sugar
2 nos Banana
1 ½- 2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
5-6 tbsp Cream
3 nos Eggs
For Greasing
Butter spray
For Dusting
All purpose flour
PROCESS
In a bowl add beetroot, icing sugar and grated banana to prepare the red velvet mixture.
Now in another bowl mix all purpose flour, baking powder and cream.
Then in another bowl whisk eggs and add the red velvet mixture, then add this mixture to the all purpose flour mixture.
Grease moulds with butter spray, fill the mixture in it and sprinkle all purpose flour on top and keep to bake at 160 -165 Degree C for 20-22 mins.
