NGREDIENTS
2-3tbsp oil
1cup chopped Onion/ Kata hua Pyaaz
½ tbsp chopped Garlic/ Kata hua Lehsun
1 chopped Red Bell Peppers/ Kati hui Lal

1cup chopped Mushrooms
1 chopped Tomato/ Kata hua Tamatar
1 grated Carrot
1 cup Minced Chicken/ Chicken Kheema
1 Egg/ Anda
½ cup bread crumb
½ cup grated Cheddar Cheese
½ tsp Garlic Powder/ Lehsun ka Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder/ Jeera Powder
1 tsp Paprika
8 Burger buns
8 Cheese slices
1cup Coleslaw
8 Tomatoes slices/ Kata hua Tamatar
1 cup Lettuce / Salad Patta
To Taste Salt / Namak
To Taste black pepper / Kali Mirch
PROCESS
Take a pan and add oil and heat it.
Add Onion, sauté till they turn light pink then add garlic and stir fry.
To the sautéd onion & garlic add tomato, mushroom, carrot and cook.
Take a bowl add chicken mince, Green, red, and yellow bell peppers, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, cumin powder and cooked vegetable. Mix it well.
Add half egg in the mixture and mix it well.
Pour oil in a grill pan, and heat it.
Make patties of the mixture and Grill until golden Brown.
After 4 to 5 minute flip the patties and cook on both sides.
Burger patties are ready.
Grill the half cut burger buns lightly.
Put lettuce leaf, burger patty, coleslaw, cheese slice, and tomato slice on one half burger bun and cover with other side of burger bun.
Use tooth pick to hold and burgers are ready to serve.
