Chicken Pepper Steak


Ingredients:
Chicken breasts 2
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
HP sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
To Serve with:
Baked potato 1
Steamed vegetables
For Pepper Sauce:
Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tsp
HP sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Stock 1/2 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp

Method:
For Pepper Sauce: Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick. Lastly add cream and rosemary.
For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove in a sizzler plate already heated directly on stove. Serve with baked potato and steamed vegetables.
