INGREDIENTS
1 tsp oil
8 garlic
3 onion
¾ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 cup vegetable stock
3 eggplants
3 ½ tsp sliced and roasted almonds
3 ½ tsp raisins
¼ lemon
14 spinach
7 - 8 sprig coriander leaves
½ cup boiled chickpeas
PROCESS
Heat oil in a pan and sauté crushed garlic in it.
Now, mix chopped onion, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt along with vegetable stock in a bowl and sauté them in a pan.
Next, add eggplants, almonds, raisins, lemon juice and vegetable stock in it to cook.
Meanwhile, put spinach, raisins, almonds, coriander leaves and chopped onion on the base of the pot.
Now, add chickpeas in the cooking pan.
After this, put the cesarolls in the pot, add vegetable stock in it to cook for 2-3 mins.
Your Chickpea Eggplant Cesarolls are ready.
