Corn Chai With Shirred Eggs



INGREDIENTS
Baby Corns: 3 nos.
French Red Chilli: 1 no.
Garlic : 1 tbsp.
Ginger: 1 tbsp.
Oil : 5-6 tbsp.
Sweet Corns : 2-3 tbsp.
Parsley : 1 tbsp.
Cottage Cheese : 4 tbsp.
Eggs: 2 nos.
Green Cardamom: 4-5 nos.
Corn Silk: few
Salt: to taste
Black Pepper Powder : to taste
For Garnish
Dhokla
Popcorn
PROCESS
For Shirred Eggs
Chop the baby corns, french red chilli, garlic & ginger.
In pan, add oil, garlic, french red chilli, ginger, baby corns, sweetcorns, salt, black pepper powder, parsley & toss.
Fill the mixture in ramekins bowls & add grated cottage cheese, eggs, salt & black pepper powder on it.
Pre heat the oven in between 180 degree to 200 degree.
And keep it for baking in oven for 5 –6 minutes.
For Makai chai
In a tea pot, add water, green cardamoms, corn silk & boil it.
Plating
Serve the dish with dhokla & popcorns.
Your Corn Chai with Shirred Eggs is ready.
