Curry Pan



For Curry Bun
All Purpose Flour 500 grams
Yeast 2 tbsp
Curry Powder 3-4 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Eggs 1-2
Butter ½ cup
Sugar 1tsp
Salt as required
For Stuffing
Beef Mince 300 grams
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Green Chilies 3-4
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Capsicum 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Oil 2-3tbsp
Salt to taste
Eggs 1-2
Bread Crumbs as required
Butter as required
Method
For curry bun: Take a luke warm water add 2 tbsp of yeast and 1 tsp of sugar mix it well when the yeast is raised. Take a mixing bowl add 500 grams of all purpose flour as required salt , ½ cup of butter , 1-2 eggs , 3-4 tbsp of curry powder, 2 tsp of baking powder and add yeast mixture and make a dough, place the dough in a hot place, take it out and make a small balls and set aside. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp garlic paste and 1 finely chopped onion and fry and add 300 grams of beef mince and roast it now add 2 finely chopped capsicum , ½ tsp of crushed black pepper , 3-4 green chilies, 1 tsp of curry powder , ½ bunch of coriander , 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 finely chopped carrot and as required salt mix it well and fry. Take it out in a plate and let it cool down and fill the stuffing and coat with bread crumbs and set it to oven proof dish and bake it 25-30 minutes on 200 C. When its done at last brushing with eggs and butter bake it 1-2 minutes and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
