Ingredients
500 g chicken-boneless-cut into small cubes
2 cloves garlic-chopped
1 lemon juice
1 small onion
2-3 green chilies
2 cups of yogurt
1 tbs ginger
1 tbs flour
1 tbs button red chili's seeds only
1 1/2 tbs cumin seeds/zeera
8-10 almonds
1/4 cup oil
Salt to taste
Method
Heat pan and dry roast cumin seeds/zeera.
In a bowl add chicken cubes, grated/crushed/minced 1clove of garlic,1tbs oil, salt,1tbs dry roasted cumin seeds/zeera, grated ginger & lemon juice mix well and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat 2tbs oil in a grill pan(if you don't have grill pan you can use frying pan instead of grill pan) and grill marinated chicken until done.
In a blender add yogurt & almond and blend well.
Heat 2tbs oil in a non-stick pan add finely chopped onion,1clove of finely chopped garlic, button red chili's seeds(only) salt and fry well, now add 1/2 tbs dry roasted cumin seeds, 1/4 cup water & 1tbs flour to it let it cook for 3-4 minutes, now add yogurt+almond mixture to it mix and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add grilled chicken to it stir well, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Turn off the heat, and put in serving dish, garnish with chopped green chilies/spring onions.
