Gulab Jamun



INGREDIENTS
2 cup sugar
200 gms khoya
75 gms paneer
2 tblsp maida
¼ tbsp baking powder
¼ green elaichi powder
3 - 4 badam
3 - 4 pistas
8 - 10 cashewnuts(kaju)
Ghee

PROCESS
For syrup or chasani, in a pan take sugar and add water and let it boil.
In a bowl take khoya, paneer, maida, baking powder, elaichi powder and mix them well.
Now make small spheres(gullas) of the mixture and stuff them with badam, pistas and kaju.
Now fry these balls in ghee. Once they are brown put them in the chasani and serve.
