INGREDIENTS
Crab Claw 7-8 nos.
Chopped Onion 1no.
Tomato 1 no.
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp.
Mustard Sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
Vinegar 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Water as required
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
All grounded Spice 2 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Carom Seeds 2 tsp
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
For Garnish
Chopped Yellow & Red Bell pepper
Chopped Onion
Red Chilli Powder
PROCESS
Marinate the crab claw with garlic paste, carom seeds, ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt, all grounded spice & lemon juice.
Coat the crab claw with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the crab claws in the fryer till it becomes crispy.
Chop the onion, tomato & garlic.
For Chutney: In a blender, add garlic, tomato, onion, mustard sauce, vinegar, salt & black pepper powder, water & grind it.
Garnish with chopped yellow & red bell pepper, sliced onions & red chilli powder.
Your Hot & Sour Mustard Chutney with Crab Claws is ready.
