Namkeen Cheese Scones



INGREDIENTS
1 ½ - 2 cup all purpose flour
Salt to taste
½ tsp mustard powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp butter
4 tsp grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup milk
For Greasing
Butter
For Sprinkle
Cheddar cheese
Paprika powder
Mustard powder

PROCESS
Mix all purpose flour, salt, mustard and red chilli powder, and butter in a bowl till a bread crumb consistency is formed.
Mix grated cheddar cheese and milk in it to form a dough.
Cut the rolled out dough with a round cutter.
After placing them in a greased baking tray, shape the remaining dough and place on top of them.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese, paprika and mustard powder from top.
Keep the Scones on 210 - 220 degree centigrades for 10 mins - 12 mins in an oven.
Pour the already prepared English lemon curd on the cheese scones.
Your Namkeen Cheese Scones are ready.
