1 Cup Finely Chopped Red,Yellow And Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup Boiled Rice
To Taste Salt
½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
For Garnishing

PROCESS
Heat Oil In A Pan, Add Finely Chopped Garlic, Finely Chopped Ginger, Finely Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped Red,Yellow And Green Bell Pepper, Boiled Rice, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chilli Flakes, Finely Chopped Mint Leaves, Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves And Finely Chopped Basil Leaves. Mix It Well
Stuff The Prepared Mixture In The Capsicum And Add Some Grated Cheese On It
Bake The Stuffed Capsicum In A Preheated Oven Of 180 Degree Celsius For 5 – 7 Minutes
Garnish The Prepared Dish With Parsley Your Stuffed Shimla Mirch Is Ready
