INGREDIENTS
1 cup corn
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
For butter scotch sauce
2 - 3 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp butter
For garnish
Gems as required
PROCESS
Add the corn to a pan and cover it with the lid for the corns to pop.
To prepare butterscotch sauce keep the sugar to melt on a pan.
After the sugar melts add water and butter in it.
Remove the prepared popcorns in a bowl and mix butterscotch sauce in it.
Add chili flakes and salt.
Serve the Butterscotch Popcorn in popcorn tub and garnish with gems.
