Chicken Ragu


Ingredients
Boiled Pasta ½ packet
Boneless Chicken 300 grams
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Finely Chopped Tomatoes 2-3
Cinnamon Powder 1/3tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Rose Marry 1/3 tsp
Oregano 1/3 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves 4-5
All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add as required water, boil the water add 1 tbsp of oil , ½ packet of pasta boil 10 minutes now strain the pasta and set a side. Take a cooking pan add as required oil add 4-5 garlic cloves , 1 finely chopped onions and 4-5 curry leaves and fry. Now add 300 grams of boneless chicken and fry when its color is change add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes, 1/3 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp of vinegar add to taste salt and cook. then add 1 cube of chicken add as required water and cook. Now add 1/3 tsp of rose marry, and add boiled pasta mix it well now add 1/3 oregano and 2 tbsp of all purpose dissolve into some water and add it into the mixture, cook till its thick when its done take it in a sreving platter and serve it.
